Using NinjaForms on WP and would like to have all contacts automatically go into iContact, but I think I need to use Zapier?  Any information would be oh so helpful! I have API keys for iContact, but unable to figure out where to put the API keys.

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for posting here.

Mailchimp used to offer an iContact addon to Ninja Forms, but it looks like they've discountinued it. Do you have that plugin? If not, it looks like you have to use their Zapier addon, which is $49. Zapier is like a bridge between two apps. But then to use the Zapier service is free for 100 zaps (submissions) per month. Then it costs $19/month for up to 750 zaps per month.

If you do have the iContact addon for Ninja Forms, make sure it's activated, then when building your form, you should see an option for iContact under the Actions tab, where you can assign form submissions to lists in iContact. I beleilve you need to add the API key in the Ninja Forms settings, rather then when editing the form.

But are you committed to iContact? I have an option that's built into WordPress with a one time fee ($99) and includes
- Lifetime usage, no monthly fees
- No renewal fees
- Unlimited email sending
- Unlimited lists and segments
- Unlimited forms
- Drag n Drop builder
- Up to 50k subscribers
- Abandon cart email series (Woocommerce)
- Emails based on buying habits (Woocommerce)
- Basic drip campaigns
- Auto blog post email campaigns
- Stats, conversion tracking and reporting
- GDPR compliance
- 50 pre-designed templates included
- Installation and configuration included
- All future improvements
- Your own branding
- Custom Designs available (extra fees)

If you are committed to iContact, I have another form plugin, that I'll give you for free, that has iContact integration built in.

We can get on screenshare to sort out iContact or if you want to review what I'm offering, just let me know. You can schedule a free consultation here:

I just did some more searching and found an iContact addon for ninja forms for $29. It's likely an annual fee and I'm not familiar with this company, but it could be what you're looking for.
